Commercial Projects

The design and construction of commercial properties is one of the mainstays of our business, it is something we have been doing for 50 years.  We are pleased to count brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, Suzuki, Lexus, Screwfix, Bradfords and Garador among our commercial build clients.

Our projects have covered offices, manufacturing units, motor retail showrooms and retail outlets, as well as multi-purpose units where commercial and residential development have been sensitively combined.  We have also successfully completed an array of commercial extensions and refurbishment projects.

The challenge is not only the complexity of these structures, but gaining a real understanding of the end user requirements to ensure client expectations are fully met throughout all phases of a development.  We have a dedicated team of professionals who work closely with our clients and consultants to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved within set budget parameters to help maximise the client's return on investment.

We have experience of various forms of construction including concrete and steel framing, traditional masonry and several modern methods of construction including modular building.  We are also experienced in working within live environments with the minimum of disruption to our clients' staff, customers and operations.
