Olympic Village wins top Building and Design Awards
The Olympic Village on Portland which has recently been built by the company has been awarded the Housing Project of the Year for the whole of the UK at the 2012 Building Awards dinner at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
This is a development of 77 residential units with associated external works which has been built on the former Naval Officer's playing field at Osprey Quay, Portland which housed the competitors and team officials taking part in the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games for the sailing events. In addition to the above, the site won further awards as follows: -
