Acheson secure Millwater Place Phase 2
NEW CONTRACT AWARD 🎉
Acheson are very pleased to announce the project award for phase 2 of the Millwater Place Social Housing development at North Street Trading Estate in Crewkerne, Somerset.
This next contract for Stonewater involves the construction of 24 dwellings and associated infrastructure works on the former sail making factory site. It follows the first phase of 18 units delivered in 2021.
Ground clearance and extensive ecology works are taking place as we commence work on this important new development.
This new project marks contract number 5 for this repeat client and the Dorchester team are pleased to be working alongside Baker Ruff Hannon LLP, Boon Brown, CASE Consultants (Structural) and Godsell Arnold Partnership (Civils).
*Previous contracts include 34 dwellings at Sam’s Acre, South Petherton and 36 dwellings at The Bushels, Naomi Close, Mosterton pictured below.
