Acheson to deliver new Clay Park development
NEW CONTRACT AWARD 🎉
Acheson Construction Limited have been appointed to deliver the new Clay Park development between Totnes and Dartington in Devon for repeat client Aster Group UK in conjunction with Transition Homes CLT.
This unique and environmentally sustainable development comprises the design and construction of 39nr. 1-4 bed homes of varying types with 100% being affordable rent to meet with local housing needs. The properties will be A+ Energy rated and will include Air Source Heating and Solar Panels and EV charging. Overall, the thermal performance of these houses will reach the equivalent code for sustainable homes level 5.
The Devon team are very proud to be delivering another important development for Aster and the local community, this will be our first contract delivered via Aster’s new housing framework and we look forward to breaking ground shortly.
