New Contract - St Pauls House, Winchester
St Pauls House is currently occupied by Lane Clarke and Peacock LLP who have been established in Winchester since 1992.
The firm needed to expand their office space to create a more efficient working environment and accommodate additional personnel.
After consideration of several options and extensive planning a three story extension over the Eastern car park & a light weight extension added to the existing build to provide an additional floor was consider the best option.
Working with the client, Bankfoot and Russ Drage Architects, Acheson Construction are due to commence the project in January 2019.
