Acheson have received instructions to build 16 houses on four sites in Weymouth for Synergy Housing of Poole. The work is being carried out under a design and build contract and construction work is due to be commenced on the 10th March 2012 and be completed by the end of March 2013.
Acheson has had considerable experience in the Housing association market and have previously build many schemes for Synergy Housing and all other local Housing Associations.
