Topping out at Caraway House Care Home
Acheson have reached the topping out milestone at Caraway House Care Home in Selsey.
Chris Whyte of Puma Property Finance joined Regional Director Shane Mason and Project Manager Mark Scott for the placing of the final ridge tile.
Works at Selsey are progressing well with the roof construction and coverings complete ready for the imminent PV installation.
M&E 1st fix are continuing to the ground and first floor with the screeds complete to all floors.
Drylining and plastering works have commenced to the ground floor and the windows are now installed up to the first floor.
The render to the external walls has commenced and all internal scaffold has been removed with the external scaffold being adapted progressively.
Caraway House will be our first project delivered on behalf of Care Concern Group.
