Sam's Acre, South Petherton

Acheson Construction were appointed to deliver Stonewater’s new development, ‘Sam’s Acre’ in South Petherton. The development comprises the design and construction of 34nr. mixed tenure residential units in a mix of terraced, detached, semi-detached houses and bungalow designs together with the associated infrastructure and landscaping.

This development was given its name by the local committee who wanted to name the development after Sam the horse who saved the life of local resident Butch Bishop.

Acheson Construction are also working with Stonewater on a further development in North Street, Crewkerne.
