Caraway House Care Home, Selsey

Acheson are very pleased to have delivered the stunning Caraway House Care Home in Selsey, our first project for new client Care Concern Group.

Caraway House is located on a green field site off Manor Road and comprises the design and construction of a three-storey 70-bed residential care home.

This high-quality build provides essential nursing and palliative care for its elderly, frail and dementia residents in a safe and welcoming environment decorated to suit its local coastal surroundings.

Spacious café, lounge and dining areas, cinema, salon and activity room are available along with comfortable and luxurious ensuite bedrooms, companion rooms and assisted bathrooms. The home also includes reception and office areas, nurse stations, drugs store, cleaning, sluice and laundry spaces and a large kitchen with resident chef.

Externally, the building uses a combination of brick, render and cladding and is finished with slate roof tiles. Tranquil and relaxing soft and hard landscaping installations, access and egress road, service access, staff and visitor car parking and foul and storm water drainage were also included in this contract.

Acheson are proud to have secured a repeat contract with CCG to deliver their next home in Colden Common.
