Acheson has gained extensive experience with over 40 years of operating within the residential sector.  From new build, residential projects including large country house and individual dwellings, luxury apartments, small and large scale residential development to barn conversions, major renovations and restorations of listed building, we have built an impressive portfolio of projects in this area.

We work with private developers, housing associations and private individuals.  We have been entrusted with high profile projects including the design and construction of the Olympic village on Portland, which housed the competitors and officials during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games for the sailing events.

Our residential projects have been the subject of civic and national awards including Building Magazines' “Housing project of the year award” amongst many others.
