ISO 14001:2004 certification
Acheson has recently been awarded certification to ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Standard) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health & Safety Standard). Our Integrated Management System now includes ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Standard).
Acheson consider that the Integrated Management System is an essential part of modern management and has assisted the company in improving its management systems.
Jim Pride, the company's Quality Control and Health & Safety Manager, was responsible for taking the company though the certification.
"Jim Pride has done an excellent job in taking the company though this process and should be congratulated" said Marcus Drysdale, Managing Director of Acheson Construction.
In summing up, the auditors said that Acheson's site controls and general management systems were of the highest quality.
