Aurum Green surges towards completion
Fantastic progress is being made at our Aurum Green project in Chineham. We are currently at various stages of construction and, despite some adverse conditions, including the wettest February on record, great strides have been made in heading towards our completion date.
The vast majority of properties are nearing completion with painting and ceramic tiling works well underway. Several recent move ins have been achieved with 16 plots handed over in one day. The last house is at joist level with a planned completion of June 2020.
We have a great team who are working very well together to deliver this exciting project on behalf of our client PAL Properties.
