Contract signed for a £9.2M residential development in West Sussex
We have recently signed a contract to build 46 houses and apartments in Chichester, West Sussex at the former Roussillon Army Barracks site. This represents the 4th phase of a 250-house development and work will commence in January 2015. The company is currently working on phase 3 and is pleased to have continuity of work on site with the addition of phase 4. We are delighted to continue our long-term relationship with the client, ZeroC Holdings Ltd of Dorchester www.zerocholdings.co.uk for whom the company built the Olympic Village on Portland in 2011.
