Contracts signed for £7M sustainable housing development in West Sussex

Contracts have recently been signed for the construction of phase 3 of the Roussillon Park residential development in Chichester, West Sussex. 42 houses will be built on the site to code level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes standard providing a high-quality development of sustainable dwellings. Acheson’s client is Zero C Holdings for whom the company has built previous developments in Sussex, Dorset and Somerset. Acheson was the preferred contractor on a negotiated basis for the design and build of this project and work on site is due to commence in January 2014.
