Progress update from St Anne's House

Our St Anne’s House project in Romsey is progressing well with decoration and electrical 2nd fix works to the 4th floor now well underway. The fire ceiling installations and making good works to the extract boxings on the 5th floor are continuing with further works including; fire proofing, new IKO mineral roof works as well as doorway raising and cavity tray works to the roof access and plantroom. 

Coming up we will see electrical 2nd fix and finishes to the 5th floor, internal fire compartment door installation, roof completion works including the A/C installation’s and containments on the finished roof. We will also be commencing the ground floor door replacement and decoration works shortly.
